What is Kinesiology? (kin-easy-ology)
Kinesiology means the study of movement. It also describes a form of complementary or alternative therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at whatmay be causing functional or physiological ‘imbalances’ in the body. Kinesiologists work on stress, muscular disorders, nervous disorders, nutritional issues, emotional problems
reflex points and meridians
located along the spine. Bodies have
an infinite ability to heal if they are
restored to their natural and bio-mechanical state.
These imbalances may be physical, chemical, hormonal
or emotional.
