About

Kristy is a Certified Energetic Healing Practitioner and Certified Chakra Activation Method Practitioner.

She brings people back to a state of balance, peace and ease so that they can live their lives with a sense of freedom and flow. Kristy loves working in this beautiful space and has always been inspired to help people live their best lives.

Many of her clients come to see her for a “tune up” or when they want more alignment, clarity or spiritual growth. Others come to her when things aren’t flowing right in their lives and they are seeking support to uncover the blocks that are holding them back.

She is passionate about educating her clients about all things energy, frequency and vibration. Kristy provides self-healing energy tips to everyone who comes to see her, sharing how it affects us and how to utilise it.

Kristy holds a Diploma of Energetic Health from Nature Care College and is a Certified CAM Practitioner after completing the Chakra Activation Method Course. She is currently undertaking additional mediumship training to further strengthen this skill.

Kristy is also the Global Accreditations Manager for the International Energetic Healing Association (IEHA).

Her favourite book is “The Universe Has Your Back” by Gabrielle Bernstein and she is also inspired by Bruce Lipton and Dr Joe Dispenza.

Based in Sydney, she provides her sessions online and in person.

As an intuitive, Kristy sees, hears, physically feels and intuitively knows. This allows her to call upon a deep intuition and connect to the divine to recognise energetic blocks which are often deeply rooted within the body and subconscious causing dis-ease.

Energy Healing works all levels and layers of the body, mind and spirit. By clearing old or stuck energy from your chakras, aura and physical body, you can begin to see a freer, happier aligned side of yourself.

Kristy uses a range of healing modalities within the session to promote deep and conscious healing.
